What’s the difference between bookkeeping and what Visify does?
Bookkeeping records what happens financially in a business, but Visify takes it further to act as your outsourced finance team, providing financial insights, forecasting, and strategic advice to help you make confident decisions and drive growth.
Do you offer tax services?
We don’t offer tax services. Visify focuses on financial management and strategy in the day-to-day business operations, not the end of year tax compliance. We work alongside your existing tax accountant to ensure everything aligns and your business runs smoothly. Visify is a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioner Board which allows us to handle your bookkeeping including BAS & IAS lodgements.
How much do your packages cost?
Our packages typically start from $1,250 per month, depending on the business size and needs. Pricing is value-based to reflect the level of support, insights, and strategy we provide.
Can I start with one package and upgrade later?
Absolutely, the packages are designed to meet your needs where you are currently at, and then scale as your business grows. We make it easy to adjust your package as your needs evolve.
What software or tools do you use (e.g., Xero)?
We primarily work with Xero & MYOB, but our team has experience with additional accounting software such as QuickBooks and NetSuite. Our packages include additional software subscriptions such as XBert, Fathom, Dext, Mayday, among others to ensure the work is delivered at the highest possible standard.
How do you work with clients day-to-day?
We act like your finance team by handling daily tasks and collaborating with you as if we’re in-house. You’ll always know what’s happening through regular updates, shared tools, and clear communication.
What’s included in your monthly reports?
Our monthly reports include industry standard reporting such as your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements, but can include additional reports based on your requirements and selected package.
How do you ensure my data is accurate and secure?
We use secure, industry-standard cloud platforms and strict internal controls. Regular reviews with our IT provider and automation tools ensure your data stays accurate, protected, and up-to-date.
How quickly will I see value from your services?
Most clients see clarity and impact within the first month as we tidy up financials and bring your internal accounting up to industry standards. Over the following months we work on systems and strategies to assist with your businesses financial operations, and take the time to highlight any opportunities as we learn more about your business.

We work with clients across Australia using fully cloud-based systems, ensuring location is never a barrier to delivering high-quality financial support.
